How to verify your account

For identity verification, CaribPay accepts a range of government-issued photo IDs, such as passports and national ID cards. However, we cannot accept any IDs that have expired, are damaged or do not clearly show your photo or personal information. IDs such as student IDs or work IDs are not accepted for identity verification. We recommend that you ensure your ID is valid and up-to-date before submitting it for verification.


The list of common IDs that we do NOT accept are:

- Voters IDs

- Medical Benefits cards

For address verification, CaribPay accepts documents such as utility bills, bank statements, and government-issued documents, such as driver's licenses, that show your name and address. We cannot accept any documents that are expired, altered, or do not clearly show your name and address. We recommend that you ensure your document is valid and up-to-date before submitting it for verification. Additionally, please ensure that the document is issued in your name and matches the name on your CaribPay account.


The list of common IDs that we do NOT accept are:

- Learning driver's permits
